Direct Lang does not require recording or transcription as a standard condition of obtaining interpretation services.

Where recording, transcription, or related functionality is enabled, appropriate notice and any legally required consent will be obtained.

Recording and transcription availability, access, and retention may also be governed by the applicable service platform's terms and contractual arrangements.

Service providers may independently process certain information for security, operational, and quality purposes, subject to their applicable agreements and privacy practices.
